We Heart Hobbies started as a college assignment in 2023. A simple research website at first, we aimed to spread awareness on how doing what you love benefits you and to share stories of real people and the impact their hobbies had on their lives.

In 2025, we partnered with the Lending Voices project and created the We Heart Hobbies podcast to tell those stories and share that research with the world. You can listen to our episodes and read others' contributions below.
